Dave was on the founding team at Sprint, part of the turn-around team at Bank of America, and has taken two companies from early stage to IPO. He was part of the team that turned around Sodak Gaming and Evolving Systems where shareholder value increased more than $1.5 billion.
Ms. Moseley has a broad range of experience in corporate development, technology, telecom and software, both in the U.S. and internationally. She has held a variety of positions in private legal practice and in-house, including serving as General Counsel for Evolving Systems, Inc.
With an impressive background in sales and product management, Mr. Eyestone sits on the board of several high-tech start-up companies. Mr. Eyestone served as senior vice president of product and market management and vice president of U.S. sales for Bay Networks.
