The Challenge
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, over the last couple of months, companies across the globe have made a sudden and dramatic shift to working and learning remotely. This rapid transformation exponentially increased usage for audio, video, digital communication, and collaboration tools. The Company recognized early demand to expand the capabilities of its platform to detect and block objectionable or sensitive content across collaboration and communications forums and services.
Trending data showed this to be a growing issue which led the Client to seek a solution which would enable its platform to detect and block any objectionable or sensitive content being shared during collaboration and communications sessions. As time was of the essence, the Client sought an offering for a web classification database and service that could be quickly integrated.
