zvelo Spends A Day With The Children of Nayon ng Kabataan (NKOO) Orphange!

On January 18th, members of zvelo Inc. Philippines team spent the day at Nayon ng Kabataan in Mandaluyong City—a haven for abused, orphaned, and exploited children in the Philippines. The Nayon ng Kabataan Orphanage, or commonly referred to as NKOO, is a residential facility founded in 1968 by the Philippines Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

zvelo employees spent the day with over thirty children at the orphanage. They served up food, packaged goodies (cookies, candies, chocolate, and juice), and other souvenirs for the kids. After sharing a hearty meal event members spent the afternoon singing songs, playing games, and sharing goodies including cookies, candies, and chocolate.
In addition to providing some tasty food from Jolibee and packed goodies—employees distributed sacks of rice grains, school supplies, hygiene products, first-aid supplies, medicines—as well as a hearty supply of tissues and hugs.
